Our Drilling Waste Management Services are engineered and designed to properly handle all drilling waste at onshore and offshore locations with emphasis on protecting the environment, focus on the client and solution-driven. Mosab’s dewatering unit provides an economical alternative to the “Dump and Dilute” approach to professionally manage all aqueous fluids or as water based fluids (WBM) while the vertical cuttings dryers and centrifuge recovers oil based fluids (OBM) and Synthetic based fluids (SBM) by reducing oil on cuttings (OOC) to as low as 5%.

Mosab’s drilling waste management equipment can effectively control the moisture content to 6%-15% and stabilize the liquid phase performance.

i. Spent Water Base Mud and Effluents:

a. Produced water treatment

As a waste management expert, Mosab has proven experience in the treatment of Produced water by lowering the hydrocarbon and heavy metal levels. Our efficient and reliable method ensures compliance to both local and international environmental regulatory standards.

b. Spent Brine Treatment (Reverse Osmosis):

With our onsite Reverse Osmosis (RO) system, spent brine can conveniently be treated onsite. This technological application, methodology and competent team are able to treat completion fluids as well as recovery of salts from the effluents for reuse where applicable.
