Mosab’s dewatering unit provides an economical alternative to the “Dump and Dilute” approach to professionally manage all aqueous fluids or as water based fluids (WBM) while the vertical cuttings dryers and centrifuge recovers oil based fluids (OBM) and Synthetic based fluids (SBM) by reducing oil on cuttings (OOC) to as low as 5%.
Mosab’s drilling waste management equipment setup includes; Hi-G dryers, vertical cuttings dryers, decanter and active centrifuges, screw conveyors, centrifugal and mono pumps and mud holding tanks. Our drilling waste management can effectively control the moisture content to 6%-15% and stabilize the liquid phase performance.
Mosab has state of the art technology for the treatment and management of wastewater and effluents, specialist in decontamination of spent water base mud, produced water, brine and other associated drilling fluids. We offer a range of solution designed to remove NAPL (Non-Aqueous Phase Liquids), dissolved and suspended solids to allow disposal at source both at offshore and onshore drilling sites.
